 Something unique

Regular Selfie
  Let feet do talking

Selfie of my choice

Rule 2/3rds
1. My favorite shot is the rule of 2/3rds one. I like the serious facial expression with a hint of humor and the lighting. I like how the image is composed.

2. I took a selfie of me that is a reflection of the mirror.

Self Portraits-Period 2

1. My favorite portrait is the first one because I feel like the subject's pose tells something about his personalty. It is also the portrait that i edited.

2. The easiest part was taking the shot.

3. Editing the image and coming up with ideas for the portrait.

Pattern

My favorite image is the one of proportion. I like the lighting and background of the picture. I find the dark lighting to be very cool. The image captures proportion very well.

Story Questions

1.  The story is a look behind the scenes at locally owned places where coffee is treated with reverence.

2. Dima Gavysh fell in love with coffee while in Paris. He wanted to look behind the scenes of how coffee works and the culture of the drink.

3.  He told the story out of his love for coffee.

4. They make me feel warm and I feel like I can smell the coffee grounds coming from the picture. The images make me crave coffee.

5. Yes, they make the story feel more real and tangible. It shows the culture and love that goes into coffee.

Complementary Color Project

Space and Texture

1.  The texture image I like best is the one with the leaf with water in it. The texture is very clear and crisp.  The color in the picture jumps out at you.  There is a nice reflection coming off the water and the lighting is soft. The foreground and background of the image balance each other well. The lighting, color, and texture of this picture makes it feel tangible and real.

2.  My favorite spacing image is the one of the bicycles because it has the most depth. The depth makes the iamb feel real.  This image speaks for itself by showing the depth in it.
